PERCUSSIONIST JACKIE BERTONE
MAKING A DIFFERENCE WITH MS LIFELINES

Jackie BertonePercussionist Jackie Bertone is doing some of his best work to date... but it's not in the recording studio. Jackie has been traveling the country with MS LifeLines as a celebrity MS LifeLines Ambassador. He speaks with the masses at symposiums to those who have been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis.

For those of you who don't know, Jackie was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 1998. Since that time, Jackie has worked tirelessly with others afflicted with MS and their family and caregivers. Multiple Sclerosis is a disease of the Central Nervous System. Over 2 million worldwide have been diagnosed with this disease.

Jackie, along with Academy Award nominated actress Teri Garr (Tootsie, Young Frankenstein, Mr. Mom) are using their greatest talent they have been blessed with, their voices to inspire and educate others with Multiple Sclerosis. Please visit www.mslifelines.com to see when Jackie will be speaking at a city near you.

Jackie's outlook: "When I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, I had two options, either to shut down or to get pro-active with my disease, I chose the pro-active route. The way I see it, having Multiple Sclerosis, as with life itself, you are faced with roadblocks along the way. It all depends on how you choose to drive your car."
